With the flu season fast approaching, getting vaccinated is more crucial than ever. In British Columbia, flu vaccinations are provided free of charge to all residents aged six months and older. This preventive measure is particularly vital for individuals at a high risk of severe influenza-related illness, such as young children, expectant mothers, seniors aged 65 and above, and those with specific medical conditions. Additionally, people who live or work closely with high-risk individuals are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated.

Booking Your Flu Vaccine Appointment:

You have two convenient options to book your flu vaccine appointment:

1. Online Booking: Visit our website to schedule your vaccination appointment. We recommend this method as our phone lines are currently experiencing high call volumes.
2. Phone Booking: You can also call our office to book an appointment with our staff.

Please be punctual for your appointment, as the scheduling is tightly coordinated. Avoid arriving late or more than 5 minutes early.

What to Do Before Your Clinic Visit:

• Review the provided document. By attending our vaccination clinic, we assume that you have read and understood this document and consent to receiving the flu immunization.
• Refrain from bringing additional individuals to your appointment unless they are also receiving a vaccination or you require their assistance.
• If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or are generally unwell, please reschedule your appointment and contact us for guidance.
• Do not attend if you have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
• Please note that this appointment is exclusively for receiving vaccinations. For other medical concerns, kindly book a separate appointment.
